Aries

The 9 of Cups is a card of happy contentment. Things are good and you like them that way: friends, family, feasting, fun, creative fulfillment and satisfying work. Your life is full and you’re enjoying every aspect of it. This card is often called the ‘wish card’. It’s true; you feel like you have all that you could wish for.

Taurus

The Knight of Cups’ sensitive style is involved in a situation as an aspect of you, someone else or the atmosphere in general. Follow your heart and see where it takes you. Instead of dreaming, get up and do what your heart desires. Do you express yourself fully to people around you, even the ones that you are close to? If not, what holds you back? Tell someone how you really feel this week.

Gemini

The Knight of Pentacles is like a bulldog – once he bites down, he won’t let go. He’s dogged in pursuit of his goals. He’s a hard worker, has tremendous stamina and is dedicated. Every job is completed down to the last detail. On the other hand, this Knight can be stodgy and dull. He’s not known for his playful sense of humour. Work always comes first and he can be inflexible and obsessive about little details. He refuses to give in, even when he’s wrong (which he’ll never admit). At this time, ask yourself whether this Knight’s energy is helping or hurting you – try to find a happy medium between his two extremes..

Cancer

The Hanged Man can represent, very simply, sacrifice. You may be asked to give up something for the sake of someone or something else. This card can also indicate the need for a change in thinking of a new point of view. Or it can be a more spiritual activity, one where you give up something of yourself to gain spiritual wisdom. It can also mean, almost literally, a time of suspension, a time where you should do nothing at all. There may be a need for a new perspective – things seem very different when looked at from a different point of view.

Leo

The 7 of Pentacles tells you to take a break. You’ve done all you can do for now. Just like the farmer who has planted, weeded and watered, you must wait for time to do the rest. You cannot force it. This card indicates that your careful efforts, planning, resourcefulness and research will pay off. When the harvest comes, it will be a good one

Virgo

The Page of Wands indicates a creative restlessness, pent-up energy and perhaps some frustration. You have the passion and desire, but aren’t sure how to put it to good use. You could be on the verge of a discovery or new phase of life. The soon you are able to start that new phase, the better. Pages also represent messages – possibly a message about a new job or career, travel or something of a spiritual nature.

Libra

The 3 of Pentacles is a sign that all is going well. If you have started a new business, embarked on a new project or begun a new health and fitness routine, you are seeing the signs of progress and even of prosperity. You’ve paid attention and done the best you can. You are getting attention and probably reimbursement for your work. Not only is the external recognition satisfying, but you are also finding much personal fulfilment in your endeavours. Be proud of what you do and how you do it.

Scorpio

The 10 of Wands can be seen as a victory. It signifies that you’ve achieved your goals, but it can also indicate an early ending. This phase of the project is over. You cannot continue in this manner; there is just too much. You feel overworked, overwhelmed and exhausted. This is the time to scale back on your workload. Downsize and delegate. Do whatever you can to lighten the load..

Sagittarius

The 2 of Wands suggests the need to choose between two ventures. In this case, either option requires your full passion and attention. This is not the time to split your focus and your energy. Although both choices are appealing, go with your instincts and you will make the right choice.

Capricorn

The 9 of Swords is about those worries that keep you up all night or wake you suddenly in the early morning hours. Thoughts, worries, guilt, anguish or concerns fill your mind and create havoc. You seem unable to settle your mind. The lack of sleep adds to the situation, making you feel even more vulnerable. Confront your fears as they are not as scary as you have imagined them to be.

Aquarius

The Hermit is about seeking the truth. Your truth. You need to withdraw from a situation for a time. Use this time to review all your knowledge, understanding and experience. When you figure out how it all works together, you will have the answer you need. Be careful that your solitude is not you hiding away from a situation or that you are hiding because you’re too proud to ask for help.

Pisces

The 4 of Wands represents a moment of celebration. Whatever you’ve been working on is showing good signs of success, so take a moment to revel in it. In fact, things are looking so well, you can use some of your gains to lay a foundation for the future, whether it’s building a house, expanding your business, investing or even getting married. Gather friends and family just to have a night out and celebrate life.
