Dear <your name here>
Thank you for ordering a ‘Notes by Nectar’ Insight Reading!
Attached is a photo of the cards drawn (I used the ‘Tarot Illuminati’ deck) as well as a photo of the bonus card for additional guidance (I used the ‘Wisdom of the Oracle’ deck).
General overview – 7 of Pentacles
Week 1 – 9 of Swords
Week 2 – The Alchemist
Week 3 – 10 of Wands
Week 4 – 2 of Cups
Bonus card – Tick-tock
Your general overview of the month is the 7 of Pentacles. This is a time-out card. This is the card you pull when things have been so busy and now is the time to catch your breath. This card can indicate that a reward will come your way, usually as the result of your own efforts. Sit back and enjoy the moment. This card also represents assessment and taking stock. When we’re so caught up in our daily lives, we don’t often have a chance to take a step back and assess where we’re heading. Are we on the right path? Is this what you really want to be doing? Make sure you’re heading towards your goals and not just running on a hamster wheel that you can’t get off of. The game isn’t over yet – once you’ve caught your breath it will be time to jump back in!
Week 1 sees you in a 9 of Swords mood. This can be a card of worry, guilty and anguish. If you look at the card, you’ll see someone who is unable to sleep and looking very troubled. I think we’ve all had nights like this, lying awake and running away with our thoughts. While you may indeed have things to worry about, you need to remember that things always seem much worse than they actually are when we’re alone in the middle of the night.
I’m glad to say that Week 2 looks a lot better than Week 1! The Alchemist (The Magician in most other decks) is a card of power and taking action. This card indicates that you have all the tools that you need in order to make a success of things. Believe in yourself and be willing to put that belief on the line. This card is a signal to act now, and don’t be afraid to go after what you want – as long as you know exactly what you want and are committed to getting it.
The 10 of Wands in Week 3 sees you overburdened again. You’re struggling with your workload and responsibilities and could be pushing yourself too hard. If you can, cut back and take on only those tasks that give you pleasure. Remember that this should be a time-out month where you’re taking stock of your life and not adding chores to the daily grind.
The 2 of Cups to end the month is a lovely card. Some readers consider it the romantic soulmate card but I believe it can represent any close one-on-one connection – work, friends, sometimes even strangers – and not just romantic connections. Look to the connections in your life – if you’re in the midst of an argument with someone, try and call a truce and take advantage of the chance to forgive and be forgiven. This is not the time to separate or stay apart. It’s time to work together. Celebrate your relationships.
For your bonus card, I pulled ‘Tick-Tock’ from the ‘Wisdom of the Oracle’ deck.
This card represents timelessness, divine timing and immeasurable time. When humans created time, everything changed and contracted. People have come to look at life in a linear way, imagining that the past is behind them and the future is ahead of them. But what if that were not the case? What if it all -creativity, chaos, beauty, disorder – exists at the same time? You have all the time you need to co-create, so release your agenda. Let go of your need to shape each moment to your expectations, knowing that what is yours will never be withheld from you. Miracles are here right now and always show up when you need them, right on time. (Copyright: Colette Baron-Reid)
That concludes your reading for the month of February. Thank you for letting me read for you!
