What a waste of a week. I was sick all week, on antibiotics – I cancelled Rama twice and my yoga teacher too. I had no energy, but not working out made me feel like a moose. Not good. Having said that, I’m sure all the coughing has been good for my stomach muscles.
I weighed myself on Thursday morning anyway – as planned – and in spite of not doing any exercise I’d lost 0.9 kg since the last time I’d weighed myself 10 days before. So that takes the grand total up to 10.9 kgs (24 lbs!).
Honestly, I’m sick of feeling sick – and cannot wait to get back to the gym.
