Another uneventful week. I intended to exercise every day but only managed it on Wednesday when I did 5 km on the treadmill (44:31).
I’ve been wondering whether it’s time to get a new trainer. I’m not motivated, my sessions don’t motivate me and I wonder whether a new trainer would help. A friend told me about the trainer she’s using – but what would I say to Randy?
Low point of the week? Eating, drinking, not exercising!
High point of the week? None.
Weight loss? None! I’m just getting fatter every day.
